Slide Neck injury A Supervisor to monitor the decent of slide being ONLY feet first and on their bottom
Exit off the sides supervise exiting onto the Crash Mats ONLY and use personnel fencing where appropriate
Blowers stumbling over the air inlet tubes use personnel fencing to block off access along the air inlet side
Complete Unit Power failure In the event of a power failure the unit will slowly deflate. Prevent further access and supervise the  immediate exiting from  the sides of all Participants.   Do not re-inflate until unit empty of all people.
Complete Unit  Rain As the surfaces will become slippery if wet, the unit must be exited by all Participants during periods of wet weather. Do not allow entry to the unit until dry
